Even if the same rice is fermented, there are microorganisms that change it into consumable Soju and there are microorganisms that turn the rice into bio-fuel with high level of energy efficiency eventhough it is tasteless. In addition, majority of the current bio-engineering related products are manufactured with fermentation techniques that utilize the microorganisms.
